Before Your Appointment
Patch Testing:
Some treatments (e.g. lash lifts, brow lamination, tinting) require a patch test at least 24–48 hours prior to your appointment. It is your responsibility to attend where required. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being rescheduled.Health Conditions & Allergies:

All treatments are carried out by independent, self-employed professionals. You will be required to complete a consultation and consent form directly with your stylist prior to your treatment.Hygiene Standards:
Each stylist is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation in line with UK regulations.Personal Belongings:
Please keep your belongings with you at all times. The salon is not responsible for lost or damaged items.Children & Guests:
For health and safety reasons, we kindly ask that you do not bring additional guests or children unless agreed in advance.Behaviour:
We maintain a respectful and relaxing environment. Any inappropriate or disruptive behaviour may result in your appointment being terminated.
